Thank you Pastor…

This month is very special because it is Pastor appreciation month. Today I am going to take some time to thank God for a wonderful pastor God gave us, Pastor. Kirk Cunningham, a humble man of God, who always puts others first and serves the Lord with Joy and delight. Many would have not known him, Believe me his passion for the Lord with great love for the Lord inspires every one who knows him personally, God taught me a lesson that many times we tend to go after famous people but we forget that God’s Champion’s were among us and miss oppurtunity to honor them. Yes our Pastor is one of God’s Champion like David, who is sacrificing all his life to raise a bunch of Mighty Men and Women to love and serve the Lord with all their heart in holiness.

Why he is a Champion? Because…

1. He Loves the Lord with all his Heart

2. He is very faithful with his small flock
 
3. He walks in God given vision irrespective of circumstances

4. He does not go after big groups, but values to spend time personally

5. He offers God his Best…

6. Not just his word, His life speak to us

7. He Praises God on both good and bad times

I have spend many times worshiping the Lord in our School of Leaders class, watching him praising the Lord with all his heart, It is delight and I longed to worship and love the Lord like this Champion. He has always understood and teaches us that God does not approve us for doing big deeds for him but on Faithfulness on full filling what he asked you to do. He cries before the Lord every morning for all his flock mentioning all our names.He always goes after that one sheep.

Pastor Sister Ellen Cunningham, our assistant pastor, serving the Lord together with her husband in the Lord’s vineyard with great Love and Joy, Her warm love embrace and care reminds me of my mother, of course she is our spiritual mother, Before my marriage I sincerely prayed to God to have such a marriage Life serving the Lord together in Joy and faithfulness to the Lord, Yes. They celebrated 30 years of marriage this year testifying to the goodness of our Lord. We are so blessed many times during our service, Our pastor and his wife will burst in to praising the Lord with old hymns, Oh we are blessed.

My Lord bless my pastor and his family abundantly and let this year be a year of multiplication and please remember your promises you have made to this precious family let thy will be done in their life completely.

We are greatly blessed by your love and sacrifice for the Lord. We sincerely thank you and family and give glory to our Lord and savior the Chief Shepherd.
