The heart of man is desperately wicked and has always been the downfall of Man. Obedience is better than sacrifice which is the stumbling block to righteousness. Man has always failed to know the 'Mind' of God, resulting in them repeatedly knowing the 'Hand' of God.

Despite the failings of man, the Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. Man always leads to a hopeless end, but God always leads to an endless hope!
